The boulevard is the concept design for a platform that supports daily activities, recreational and cultural, which give vitality to the public space.
The avenue or boulevard is a ceremonial entrance to the city. This tries to be the door to Tec District, an anteroom where different activities come together. According to the existing dimension of the street section, there is the opportunity to establish multiple scenarios involving various actors for the generation of a coexistence and harmony between their surroundings, giving a better quality of life.
