Sunrises through my window | Paintings collection |

Sunrises from my window is a collection of paintings based on different photographs taken during one year in 2015 between 6 and 7:30 am, from the window of the flat where I used to live by that time. Every painting represents a different period of the year when the sky turns diverse colours, creating a colourful mosaic where shades are emphasized. Emblematic ‘Cerro de la Silla’ mountain of Monterrey city, under the sunrise, is captured.

This is a retrospective with the aim to invite contemplating the daily beauty of landscapes and sunrises that nature gives us all the time, where only a glimpse is needed to feed and to comfort our souls.
