A space for a variety of recreation and meeting activities. Located in the Tampiquito neighbourhood, the proposal seeks to become an urban reference in the region, enhancing the sense of belonging of the inhabitants and lessen the insecurity issues. The roof blends with the richness of the landscape, housing an auditorium, a
commercial area and a main library which is distributed in 3 main volumes articulated by an axis causing a route between interior patios that open onto the existing
vegetation. Two secondary volumes contain a library and a children's area. The tour continues through the terrace garden, where the user contemplates the views of the monumentality of the hills around the site.
